I flip it every so often so I can see the flaws again... the old mirror-trick. Once you've looked at something a while, you start to accept the flaws as 'correct,' just because they're familiar. Flipping it makes it fresh again and you can spot the mistakes. I dunno which direction this piece will end up.
Ohhhhhhh that new version is awesome, it does look a tad busy with all that hair flying around, but the floating arches are quite etherial and work well with the pic.. yes unicorn please! :D

The arches are pretty and all, but it does make the whole picture seem too busy, what with all the floaty heair AND the fish AND the necklace/key AND the galaxy AND the swirly cape. And it's especially true, since the colors of her hair and cape blur into the arches.
That's what Jake thought too. And, in the interest of the almighty deadline, I'm going to leave them off. I *do* prefer the arch-less contrast with her hair.
