Press Release and stuff...

Yo! Anyone here who's participated in EMG or PA (and participated can be used pretty loosely, really) who would like their glowing words of praise quoted in a press release? It's *hard* writing 'I'm so cool' so many times without sounding totally lame and full of myself. Help? Email me or post below or smoke signal me or something with your positive EMG experiences. (Or negative, 'cause I'd like to know.)

Also, I have finalized the remaining EMG designs to be posted. At least, the ones that I can identify, that are print quality... if you have had work accepted and you don't see yourself on the list, there is a PROBLEM, please contact me. Believe me, I would not suddenly decide I didn't want to use your work and not tell you. I love my artists. I put them in boxes and give them names and hug them.

I must be feeling silly today. :)

The EMG angle, nothing really about me specifically, per se. It's a press release celebrating the 1 year anniversary of Portrait Adoption, and will discuss the other branches of EMG at least briefly. I'd like to play up the 'opportunity for artists' angle most, I think.

Does that sound good? Does "who like to draw characters just for the heck of it" sound bad? I was trying to find a different way of expressing just liking to draw random characters that float from the brains to the paper, but I haven't had much luck. <:) I don't know about the satisfaction part since I haven't had any bites at any of my pictures, but I can imagine what it must be like, there has got to be satisfaction that "Wow, someone else had this character's story in their head." *ramble ramble* *Jenny needs sleep*
