I'm taking a sabbatical.
I'm going to get out of town for *at least* the weekend. I'd love to take the two weeks off that Mirar wisely recommends, but I don't think we can afford that. Maybe 1 week, though. If I get a place with a jacuzzi, I'll bet my stress goes away faster. :P
I'm bringing art stuff with me, and a pile of mindless books (Harry Potter, eg), and an empty notebook. I plan to unplug the phone, and unwind. No Internet, no husband, no dirty dishes, no business, no commitments. If I come home with empty canvases and sketchbooks, it doesn't matter. As long as I come home happy. If I come home. *is tempted to run screaming into the wilderness and not return.*
