Horrid sleep last night, mostly because Jake was tossing and turning, but also because I'm getting into that home stretch before the fair, complete with fair nightmares. (Generally involving collapsing tents, derisive laughter, fire, getting there naked and/or without anything to sell...)

Jennie should be in tonight! She called from Haines Jct. last night - I missed her call while I was out inspecting the trail.

On that note, I gotta get off the phoneline in case she tries to call again. Stupid dialup...

I know just how you feel. I'm STILL having Con nightmares. Last night, as I ran from the oncoming horde, through the dungeon, over the snakepit, down the bottomless shaft--and suddenly there I was, the art show opening in ten minutes, and I hadn't filled out my control sheets! THE HORROR!

I'm hoping they'll go away before next year's round.

While I don't have nightmares about conventions I do have them about work. This normally involves me being late, an angry customer, or there is a whole line of customers and all my co-workers are in the back...wait that *does* happen sometimes...
