Input greatly desired! I've had the worst time trying to design this sucker and I'm running out of time real fast...

The right side really works for me, but for some reason the left side doesn't? The T-shirt and the bookmark are fine, but the mousepad(?) seems to big. It just looks like a random picture plopped in between a t-shirt and a bookmark. It might look nicer if the products were more cohesive and displayed in a fan shape, or the bookmark and mousepad were closer in size with the shirt being the dominant piece and more centered. Then you could have the smaller products balance the rest. Anyway, it looks really close, but if you want me to be critical, the product area just needs a little more tweaking:)

Oops! I added the explanation before I saw your edit:) Yes, it looks much better. I'm still not sure if you are using the space to it's fullest though. Please ignore me if you're out of time or whatnot. I'm just trying to be helpful, and you'll probably realize in a minute that I spent too much time in retail display;) I was thinking about showing them a little less linear looking. This is a random diplay I found, http://www.marzonis.com/merchandise.html, but it kind of conveys the overlapping and gives the feeling that there is a lot of merchandise. The right hand side of the card is already nice and linear, so the left hand side might help break up the static feeling by showing a nice little pile of products that really makes people really want to come to the site to buy stuff:)

I like it! I also like the ladyniniane's enhancement of the Portrait Adoption side. Seeing the website name more clearly is also nice. Now you just have to see what it all looks like when you put it all together:) I think it's going to rock!! XOXO!!

I just realized it might be helpful to give you an example of what I mean. For example, if you look in a store window, they usually have to get as much information about the store as they can in one tiny space. So they have to make a pleasing display out of random items like stickers, mousepads, t-shirts, cards to get the shopper into the store. So if you are really feeling stuck, and you have some random products sitting around, I suggest laying them out in front of you to get a nice visual. Just shuffle the items around a bit, overlapping, etc., then replicate that on the computer when you find a desired layout. The right side of the card does such a nice job of drawing the eye around, I think the left side can be just as effective! Good luck! Hope that helps!

I like the left side either way, but the words "Portrait Adoption" and the URL don't stand out very much. I think if you put that in the space between the top corner picture and the bottom three and made it larger, it would help match the Ellen Million Graphics side. I'm not sure where to put the text... my only idea is to screen back that top picture and put the text on top of it, or take out one of the bottom three and put the text in its place, but I hate to take away from those. :/ Here's what I tried in Photoshop:



I also recommend changing the font on your slogan to match your headlines. It makes it a little more catchy, IMO. :)

Ah! Great advice - not sure I have time to reorganize the text on the right (not keen on greying out that portrait) - but I agree that it was getting lost. I made it white, to pop out a little more, and made it a size larger. LOVE the idea of changing the slogan font. 'nother version to post soon.

First line of text on the left- insert hyphen between "high" and "quality" and change the first comma to a semi-colon
"High-quality products; fast, friendly service.

I like the layout of the first edit (second draft) better than the third draft (edit2). The last version is too busy for me, on the left hand side display of products.

Is it too late, or can you adjust the prints that are under the bookmark? They line up too much with the edge of the bookmark and the space above it looks awkward. Maybe add another print to the left of the pile, so the bottom of the bookmark rests entirely on prints rather than mostly on prints?

Niiice! I think that a couple of these would look great on my art store bulletin board. *hint hint* ;)
Hey, another thought, not that you have time right now, if you ever do put these up on a board somewhere, if you put those tags (?) on the bottom with the basic info (Name and website) people like ripping those off of fliers, and it gives a good idea of how many people are interested. :)
