In other news, I'm having to re-upload the FC calendar. Somehow the connection got interupted last night and didn't complete. *sigh*

This afternoon, we'll be working on siding the studio; I'm SICK of working between a bunch of places. Darn it. So, we might even finish the siding today, which would be nice, then we can build shelving and MOVE IN.

Off to do some art. And stuff.

Do you find that ebay attracts more people to your shop? In some ways I don't like ebay that much (I used to love it years ago, I was a very early user, but it's changed so much) but I do think it might be an excellent way to publicise our shop.

By the way, your new site looks great - congratulations!

One of the auctions led to two queries for more products with the design, and one of them spawned into an actual sale, so I'm pretty happy. As for sales themselves... I'm not so far impressed. I plan to try to keep up posting regular auctions for a month or two to give it a really GOOD try ('cause I'm usually sort of burnt out and give up after one or two), so I'll let you know. I don't plan on posting any more of my original art there, but it could work well for getting rid of misprints and overstocks. We'll see!

Yes, I get the impression that it's a good way to let people know what you do, but for actual sales somehow people seem to bid very low - or not at all. I'd like to use it as a shop window, but not really as a shop. Perhaps "seconds" and so on are the answer.

I'll let you know how it goes if I put some stuff on there - and I know what you mean about burn-out - I think it pays to be persistent with ebay, but it is a pain to do it.
