Didn't I already write this?

I swear I had a half-written post about how I had a day off, and I wasn't sure what to do with it, and I was noodling... but I must have used the window for something else, and *poof* - all my eloquence was gone! GONE!

I'm sure you didn't miss anything.

Pulling together more work for my Fairy Court gallery - long overdue on that, but no one's been needling me, so I've put it off and off. (And, oh, look, I seem to be working... how does that happen? Hi, my name is Ellen, and I'm a workaholic... no, I don't know how to take days off.)

Been thinking book thoughts, and EMG-zine thoughts, and NaNoWriMo thoughts... I need to sit down and really give a good think to what I'm doing for the next several months, or I'll just end up noodling them away. NOODLING. That's my word for the day.

In Australia, noodling is slang for um... um. Wow. Can't remember the american word. Um. !! Digging through the tailings pile of a mine is how it was used when I was doing that activity, anyway. ;)
