Meh!

Uploading Wish3 files to get vol 5 finished up, and catching up on emails and EMG forums and stuff. Payment for my class cleared - I'm good to go! Woot! And my art supplies have shipped! Shipped off a commission for final review, getting ready to post some portrait adoption pieces, and.. um... now I'm hungry.

Had a horrible night of sleep - nightmares like nuts, and lots of sleepless in-betweens. At one point, I'd died, and I had to look at photographs of myself, dead - half-drowned in a big canoe trapped in a crushed plane and frozen. Plus, I was a guy. And naked.

I don't know WHAT that's supposed to mean. But it was unnerving enough that I didn't want to get back to sleep in any hurry. So now, I'm all tired and groggy, as well.

Also, we're into season 2/2 here in Alaska. Sunday it was snow, today, it's smoke.

Not too bad, and hopefully the wind will shift soon.

Why would you be in a canoe in a plane? Did the plane crash into the canoe? I think I've been a guy in a dream once or twice, I don't really remember.

Maybe you're afraid of becoming overwhelmed by stuff( half-drowned), and getting trapped. I guess the canoe would be trying to keep youself afloat. As for being a guy, maybe it's representing strength , and nudity vulnrability? And as for being frozen, well you live in Alaska for goodness sake! ;) I used to love going through dream books and finding out what things meant, but I think that instead of going by a book you have to think of what the things represent to you.

I seem to be having a lot of dreams of biking around," I have to get to that lane or I can't make my turn!"

For the dream, death, boats, and planes all represent transition. And nudity represents vulnerability. I couldn't find anything on you being guy in your dream. I always go here: http://www.dreamdoctor.com when I have weird dreams. It ~usually~ makes me feel better. :D

Oh, and the portrait adoption thing is PERFECT for me. Wow. I thought I was weird because I don't really draw backgrounds, but I do draw people (mostly female) and it's nice to know that there's a market that fits what I do. My contract is on its way to you> :D
