Question for a mod...

Since I know a bunch of you are mods, do you know what it means when your ticket is 'locked?' It says that 'This ticket is locked by a moderator for another 11d 11:35:57' A few days ago, it said 13d, so it does appear to be ticking down, but the 'explanation' says that this occurs when it's actually being looked over, and I should get my results shortly. I'm feeling blonde and slow. What does this add up to?

It just means someone's claimed it for review, and if it's sitting there forever, they're taking their time with it for some reason or other.

when we open a ticket, it locks to us automatically for two days. Sometimes we go away for school or work or sleeping or whatever and then come back so the ticket stays locked while we are away :)

(I think)It's being held by a mod so it can comply with your earlier request of not being a mod choice. Why it's being held for a while is that(at another guess), so it isn't jumping ahead of all the other tickets waiting in the queue. Rest assured it'll be done when it's moved up to the top of the queue. (no, it's not me that's holding it) :)
