Norway has decided that it is appropriate to howl along with Jake playing his bagpipe. He doesn't otherwise howl at all - he is a 100 lb dog, or so, and his bark is a menacing, full-throated, big-dog bark. His howl is rather impressive as well, and the combination is pretty incredible. If I were the British, I'd be afraid.
