Ellen, tell them their "contact us" email is not working! I got the following error message when asking about shipping costs to Germany:

*rargh!* Livejournal ate my first response.

I have passed on your error message to a known address, but I *think* it was just a temporary glitch. I just got an email back from the admin@ address myself. I'll let you know what they say!
